This page explains how Sun Print handles information you send through this website.

What we collect

When you submit a quote enquiry, we collect:

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it.
• Details of your job: the service, description, quantity, preferred date and any printing options.
• Any file you choose to attach (PDF, JPG or PNG).

Why we need it

We use this information only to review your request, prepare a quote, contact you about it and, if you go ahead, complete your job. We do not use it for marketing and do not add you to any mailing list.

Who can access it

Enquiries and attached files are stored privately with our website hosting provider (Lovable Cloud). Files are not available through public links. Only the business owner can access them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and files only as long as needed to deal with your request. [Retention period to be confirmed by the owner before launch.]

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. [Contact email to be added by the owner.] You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
